Operator and agreement

The service is operated by Safak Tepecik, operating as Profilfoto KI, Heidestraße 2, 58239 Schwerte, Germany. Contact: info@profilfoto-ki.de. These terms govern use of https://mcp.profilfoto-ki.de/mcp. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service and limitations

The service provides technical checks of an existing photo and general crop and preparation recommendations. Authentication is not required. It accepts one public HTTPS image URL or base64 image per photo check, with an 8,000,000-byte decoded image limit. Supported inputs are JPEG, PNG and WebP; coverage depends on available decoding and the Cloudflare Images binding. Some results cover headers only. Scores cover checked criteria only. Recommendations are heuristics, not official platform specifications or guarantees of employment, suitability, printing quality or platform acceptance. Review the original image and each result's limitations. Face framing requires manual review.

It does not generate images, video or audio, deliver edited photos, recognize faces, identify people or judge personal attributes. Internal resizing is used only to compute metrics. Availability, quotas and response times may vary; requests may be rejected, limited or fail. The service is not intended for safety-critical decisions.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18. Submit only images and URLs you are authorized to process and share with this service and its infrastructure providers. Do not submit children's photos, credentials, identity documents, sensitive personal information or unlawful material. Do not use the service for surveillance, biometric identification, discriminatory decisions or personal-attribute judgments. Do not attempt to bypass limits, access private networks, exploit the service or interfere with other users. You remain responsible for third-party rights and for your use of results.

Privacy and external services

The privacy policy at https://www.profilfoto-ki.de/mcp/privacy/ explains processing, recipients, operational records and your rights. Photo processing is in memory; there is no application photo archive. URL requests reach image hosts you choose, whose own terms and privacy practices apply. Your assistant provider separately processes your chat and tool results. A public URL should not contain secrets. Disconnect the connector in your assistant to stop future use.

Rights in content

You retain your rights in submitted images. You authorize only the processing needed to fulfill your request and operate the service as described in the privacy policy. No ownership transfer or license for advertising or model training is required. You may use returned technical recommendations subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Service software and branding remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.

Availability and responsibility

We may restrict abusive access, maintain, change or discontinue the service. Technical metrics may be incomplete or inaccurate; independently check results before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional promises of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes, law and contact

Revised terms will be posted with a new effective date; material changes will be communicated here where required. No provision removes mandatory protections under the law applicable to you.
