Star ratings can conflict, and an advertised per-photo price can differ sharply from a single applicant’s minimum spend. This page asks what a review has checked, dated and left untested.

A full refund applies only before the AI model has been trained. BetterPic advertises delivery in 1 to 2 hours, so its own stated process puts training and the first images inside that period; after training, but before any download, the policy retains a 10% processing fee, and after any generated image is downloaded no refund is available.
A credit is not the same thing as a delivered headshot
HeadshotPro’s pricing page, checked directly on 23 July 2026, lists photo credits and delivered headshots as separate quantities. The table keeps the retry rule and waiting time visible, rather than turning the lowest per-image figure into the whole price story.

If all 30 Basic images are useful, €29.00 divided by 30 is €0.97 per image. If one image is the one uploaded for an application, €29.00 divided by 1 is €29.00, which is the minimum spend rather than a criticism of the package.
